Independently Developed Equipment

At the early stage of mass production, we faced a major challenge: producing 14 AWG pure silver concentric-stranded conductors in-house. Since silver is softer than copper, conventional high-speed, high-torque stranding machines available on the market were not suitable for manufacturing the precise structure we required.
Research and Breakthrough

Through continuous research and countless trials, we ultimately designed and built our own equipment, created specifically for pure silver concentric-stranded conductors. This system allows us to precisely control tension and torque, ensuring superior roundness and optimized electrical properties—key to achieving consistent production quality.
Distinction from the Market

While most silver wires on the market are single-core, insulation-extruded mass-produced products, we insist on producing multi-core concentric-stranded structures with our self-developed equipment. This not only elevates sonic performance but also highlights the fundamental difference between our products and conventional offerings.
